Desktop Publishing

Our multilingual desktop publishing (aka typesetting or design) team recreates culturally appropriate text and artwork for target audiences. We work on PC and Mac with Adobe InDesign, PageMaker, FrameMaker, MS Office, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Quark, and Macromedia Freehand and other DTP tools. We accept any type, size or source of document. Our quality assurance process includes a post-DTP round to ensure an error-free output.

Editing/Proofreading

Editing is the process of doing a line-by-line comparison of the translation against the source text, paying attention to missing text, formatting differences, typos, translation errors and stylistic incongruence. Proofreading is the process of reading the edited translation on its own to make sure it reads well in the target language. Ideally, the editing and proofreading should be done by at least one person other than the original translator.

Copy Editing

Copyediting is a vital step in the publication process to ensure that your work is professional looking. We will correct spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors and perform basic fact checking (dates, names, etc.). In addition, we will check your manuscript for usage and style, usually based on a specific style guide such as Chicago Manual of Style.

Voiceover Recording

We provide top quality multi-language recordings by male and female voice talents of all ages for every possible purpose, such as films and entertainment, documentaries, commercial, promos and trailers, corporate narration, e-learning, and so much more.

Dubbing

Dubbing is also known as language replacement. This is a process in which our dubbing experts take additional audio recordings (usually in different languages) and mix them into the original soundtrack to create a final, polished soundtrack.

Transcription

Transcription is used to produce written records of speeches, press conferences, films, medical consultations, meetings and conferences, legal proceedings, and court hearings. Our multi-lingual transcriptionists produce high-quality, confidential transcripts for all of the above and more.
